Do you have a test or guide for choosing products or routines?
There is no point in working with standard routines or automated tests, because each skin is unique.
As a facialist, I prefer to help you choose based on the current state of your skin, your realistic goals, and your lifestyle. This is the only way to achieve real results, not generic routines.
Are the products original?
Yes. Nowadays, it is important to note that on some online platforms, you may find products that do not always guarantee their authenticity, origin, or preservation.
I work exclusively with professional brands such as Toskani, Mesoestetic, and Lamdors. These are original products, selected for their effectiveness and scientific
backing.
Working with a professional point of sale ensures:

Can I write to you if I have any questions before buying?
Of course. I prefer that you ask before making a mistake. You can do so by sending me a WhatsApp message or through the contact form.
How do I know what products my skin needs?
It's completely normal to feel lost. Most skin types are misdiagnosed or use routines they don't need. Every skin is unique and doesn't always need the same thing.
If you're unsure between several products, you can write to me on WhatsApp and I'll help you choose what's best for you.
If what you need is to design a complete and personalized routine, then I need to analyze your skin in depth (current condition, habits, exposome, current facial routine, etc.). In that case, I recommend having an Online or in-person Facial Skincare Consultation.
Can I use these products if I have sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Whatever your skin type, it's important to choose correctly. But if your skin also has sensitivity, acne, blemishes or rosacea, I recommend seeking advice beforehand to avoid mistakes and achieve results. Write to me.
Are these products suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
It depends on the active ingredient and the formula. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult me before purchasing, and I will advise you on safe options and those to avoid.
How soon will I see results?
It depends on the type of product, your skincare routine, your initial skin condition, and your consistency. Typically, the first changes are noticed after 21 days.
Can I travel with the products?
You have created the Travel Collection where you will find all skincare products with formats under 100 ml, perfect for carrying in your hand luggage.
Additionally, if you need to travel to a beach destination, you have the Mesoprotech sunscreens from Mesoestetic, whose formulas are respectful of marine organisms. These formulas have been tested to ensure the proper development of marine organisms*, thus minimizing the impact on these ecosystems.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within approximately 24-72 business hours.
Delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
At specific times, such as promotions or special campaigns, delivery times may be slightly longer.
Nevertheless, I always prioritize that you receive your order as soon as possible and in perfect condition.
Can I return a product?
For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted for products with an unbroken seal that have not been opened or used and are in perfect condition. If you receive any
damaged product, contact me within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as are handling fees equivalent to payment commissions depending on the order amount. Original shipping costs will not be recovered.

Can an order be modified once it's placed?
If you realize there's an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible. If it can be resolved, the customer will be responsible for the incurred processing fees, which will always depend on the order amount.
