4. Currency

All transactions on www.merceilla.com are conducted in euros (€). Please note that your bank may apply additional conversion fees, which are separate from our fees.

5. Order Confirmation and Invoice

Once the transaction is successfully completed, you will receive a Purchase Confirmation via email.

7. Transaction Security

To ensure maximum transaction security, Mercè Illa does not store any bank details entered by the user. All information is entered directly into the Redsys payment platform, which complies with security standards.

8. Gift Cards

Skincare Gift Cards can be used as a payment method by entering the corresponding code in the designated coupon or discount section during the checkout process. The card's value will be deducted from the total order amount. These cards are subject to specific terms of use, which can be found in the relevant section of the website.

9. Billing and Receipts

Once payment is made, you will receive an Order Confirmation by email, which you can use as proof of purchase. If you require an invoice with tax information, you must expressly request it at the time of purchase, providing the necessary details.

10. Payment Errors

In the event of an error during the payment process or a double transaction, the user must contact Mercè Illa's customer service within 5 calendar days, sending proof of payment and a description of the issue. The corresponding refund or correction will be processed once the issue has been verified.

11. Fraud Prevention
